Are you finding that you are struggling to juggle the new plates created by our ever shifting digital landscape? How about finding people to take some of those plates from you and carry them around?
If you are constantly doing repetitive tasks like:
- Scheduling social media posts
- Answering customer service questions
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting confirmations
- Filing collateral or organizing your dropbox/GDrive
- Updating your website
- Submitting events to event calendars
- Adding new contacts to your email service provider
- Loading blog posts
- Re-sizing photos
- Creating power-point presentations
It’s time to consider hiring remote contractors! You can find remote help for just about anything, from personal assistants, to marketing managers, to social media content creators.
Over the past 12 years I have gone from being a freelancer to building an agency and successfully hiring, training, and managing
remote contractors for my business and my clients’ businesses.
You can do this, too, and re-capture a LOT of time to grow your business.
During this session you will learn:
- Ideas for which work to outsourcee
- Places to find talent
- How to write with well crafted job descriptions
- Materials (processes and procedures) needed for remote contractors to thrive
- Project management systems and tricks to using them to track work
- Other software to make managing and co-working with remote contractors a snap!
- How to manage contracts and paychecks
If you create digital content tailored to the green industry- perhaps a gardening blog, online courses, a podcast, or just your own marketing material, this session will give you all of the tools to make your business blossom.
