Event Description

May 19 | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET

The registration deadline to receive the link to view the "live" online program is 10:00 a.m. ET the day of the event. If you register after this date and time, you will receive the recorded version only within 3 business days.

Learn about the water in your landscape, where it comes from, where it goes, and how to conserve it. Discover how to add sustainability to your landscape by making a rain garden. Think of a rain garden as a garden with specific soil requirements and an opportunity to create a sustainable eco-system for native birds, bees, and butterflies. Understand the steps for building the garden. Plan a garden of favorite plants and build it to keep rain that falls on that landscape on that site. Take away a plant list that will help you make great choices for your rain garden.
